Join the Chamber at its October luncheon for a presentation by Justin Walker, a Naval special warfare veteran, entrepreneur and non-profit leader, whose 12 years of extensive Naval Special Operations management, curriculum development and strategic planning skills have led to successful civilian programs.
The business community and the public are invited to attend the event on Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Lake Forest Club, 554 N. Westmoreland Road, Lake Forest.
Walker is executive director of Bunker Labs, a Chicago-based business incubator and nationally recognized organization in 12 cities, built by military veteran entrepreneurs to empower other military veterans as leaders in innovation. He is also co-founder and managing partner of Permanent Solutions Training, an initiative offering programming geared to businesses, organizations and youth.
Registration for the luncheon should be made by Oct. 10 and can be submitted online at LFLBchamber.com. The cost to attend is $25 for members and $35 for non-members and includes a buffet luncheon.
