Scott Hendrick Carr, 45, of Northbrook, passed away suddenly November 19, 2015. Loving father of Jessica and Matthew; their mother Gayle Polakow Carr; cherished son of Joan-Beth nee Hendrick and Brac Carr (Sharon); brother of Kett Carr (Christine Ellis), Suzanne Carr and Carolynn Carr; Uncle of Rebecca and Alyssa Carr; grandson of Mary Ann Carr and the late Louis B. Carr and the grandson of Velma Hendrick and the late Paul P. Hendrick and Agatha M. Hendrick.
He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Memorial visitation Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 5 to 8 pm at N. H. Scott & Hanekamp Funeral Home, 1240 Waukegan Rd., Glenview (just south of Lake Ave. on west side). Service and interment private.
