HIGHLAND PARK – A Highwood man was charged with battery after an Oct. 22 incident involving a female jogger.
Ernesto Simon-Cruz, 39, was charged with battery after police said he inappropriately touched a woman who was jogging. The incident happened near Walker Avenue and Roslyn Lane at about 1 p.m.
